Special Events Manager

A company is looking for a Special Events Manager for a remote, 6-12 month contract. Key Responsibilities Oversee the execution of the existing events strategy and ensure seamless event delivery Build and manage detailed timelines for event marketing plans, coordinating with internal teams Manage logistics, including vendor and venue sourcing, and oversee on-site event management Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or brand activations Exceptional project management and organizational skills Experience coordinating with creative, marketing, and CRM teams Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed Must be based in the continuous United States with valid long-term work authorization
