About the position , • Coordinates with the Executive Mansion team and the Office of General Services to secure the facilities and vendors necessary for each event. , • Secures external venues and third-party vendors when the scope of an event requires that it be hosted outside of the mansion or capitol. , • Works with the assigned event lead to develop an event flow and speaking program that embraces the office's established best practices. , • Oversees the day-of event production with the advance team and other assigned staff, including preparing printed materials, event setup, guest registration, program management, breakdown, and after-action reporting.
