You will own all aspects of the event process spanning event planning and execution, partner/vendor management, travel, logistics, and budget management. • Coordinate with EXP Operations & Studio teams to ensure flawless event execution. • Source & manage relationships with event vendors; talent agencies, production teams, etc. Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in gaming, esports, or entertainment. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align events with broader marketing and brand objectives.
