Some of the responsibilities include selecting appropriate venues for a wide variety of large and small BEAUTIFUL events, assisting the Event Executive with proposals, coordinating all event details as part of a collaborative team, planning menus and scheduling tastings with clients, keeping the events... calendar, work within proposed budgets, attending events (mostly in evenings and weekends) to ensure smooth execution, general support, interacting with clients, and much more! Must be passionate about events and eager to expand your career in a fun and friendly environment. • Have excellent project management skills...must be able to work independently as well as in a team while assuring quality of work and meeting deadlines.
