The scope and degree of knowledge required is more complex and advanced office administration and supervisory responsibilities. Acts as Special Events liaison with other City departments and external agencies to facilitate successful and quality events. • Certified Crowd Manager required or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. • Knowledge of the Department and City's policies, procedures, and practices.
