As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile events that promote the mission and goals of The Greater Boston Food Bank. Ensure events meet desired outcomes and fulfill strategic needs and goals. • Manage all aspects of assigned events from inception to debrief, including venue assessment, vendor partner management, event team facilitation, and production of event materials. • Collaborate with senior leaders and relationship managers on Advancement-focused events, providing logistical support for Board and committee meetings as needed. • Work directly with senior executives, volunteer hosts, and key stakeholders to plan and execute cultivation and recognition events.
