Job Description The Special Events Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing special events, including weddings, galas, and charity functions. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and plans • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements • Oversee event setup, registration, and tear-down • Ensure timely and accurate communication with attendees, vendors, and staff • Monitor event budgets and make recommendations for cost savings • Analyze post-event feedback and suggest improvements for future events Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or a related field • At least 4 years of experience in event planning and management • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Knowledge of event software and technology, including registration systems and social media platforms
