The Event Planning Specialist will oversee the organization of events for various venues, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. Additionally, you will conduct venue tours and serve as the primary contact for the events department, coordinating weekly programming and special events to ensure alignment with the overall strategy of the organization. Participation in meetings to discuss upcoming events and their logistics will be essential, as well as attending events to ensure smooth operations and address any arising issues. You will also analyze sales performance and collaborate with management to achieve targets, providing administrative support as needed to facilitate the success of our events. Requirements • Experience in hospitality or event management, with a passion for sales.
