Special Events Planner

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing city and community, and economic development events in the Duncanville area. • Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas based on community needs, city goals, and government requirements. Vendor and Stakeholder Management • Establish relationships with vendors, sponsors, community groups, and other stakeholders. Marketing and Promotion: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote city events through various channels, including social media, local media, and community outreach. • Foster relationships with local businesses, organizations, and residents to encourage participation and support.
