Special Events Project Planner-West

Manage special event project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion Meet with clients, regional management, and local team to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules Coordinate project resources and track project progress against established timelines and schedules Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification Act as liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems Coordinate the work of vendors or sub-contractors Responsible for material management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators Prepare and deliver reports to management Perform other duties as assigned At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US.
