The Royal Caribbean Group’s International Marketing Planning US Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time An Specialist Corporate Groups Event Plan. The Corporate Event Planner Specialist owns the seamless delivery and execution of all Corporate Meeting & Incentive Groups and is responsible for planning all aspects of Corporate, Meetings and Incentive groups from day of contract execution until sailing termination. The Corporate Event Planner Specialist Service position will play a critical role in pre-cruise revenue generation and offering creative customized onboard experiences during the pre-sail process. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: • Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred; or three to five years of related experience in (Event Planning, Sales or Customer Service).
