Specialist, Corporate Groups Event Plan

The Corporate Event Planner Specialist owns the seamless delivery and execution of all Corporate Meeting & Incentive Groups and is responsible for planning all aspects of Corporate, Meetings and Incentive groups from day of contract execution until sailing termination. The Corporate Event Planner Specialist Service position will play a critical role in pre-cruise revenue generation and offering creative customized onboard experiences during the pre-sail process. • Establishes an excellent business relationship between assigned accounts and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd and anticipates the needs of assigned accounts and advises them of opportunities to sell additional business. • Reviews all exceptions to policy with Department Supervisor • Continuously seeks out new and innovative ways to maximize the business relationship between assigned accounts and Royal Caribbean. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.
