Specialist, Corporate Groups Event Planner

Royal Caribbean Group’s Sales Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Specialist, Corporate Groups Event Plan reporting to the Supervisor, Global Charters Meetings Incentives Service & Event Planning . The Corporate Event Planner Specialist owns the seamless delivery and execution of all Corporate Meeting & Incentive Groups and is responsible for planning all aspects of Corporate, Meetings and Incentive groups from day of contract execution until sailing termination. The Corporate Event Planner Specialist of Corporate Service will negotiate and secure onboard venue space and coordinate Audio / Visual requirements, offer ensure F&B options, branding are arranged for each assigned program and all other program enhancements. The Corporate Event Planner Specialist Service position will play a critical role in pre-cruise revenue generation and offering creative customized onboard experiences during the pre-sail process. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.
