Event Operations Manager • Supervise event coordination activities • Work with Fine Arts Associate Principal to schedule internal usage and rental of facilities • Coordinate services with external vendors requesting use of auditoriums • Develop pricing proposals for clients The Event Operations Manager will play a key role in assisting with the planning and execution of events, ensuring that all necessary supplies are maintained, and that safety protocols are enforced. They will also work closely with Fine Arts Associate Principal to coordinate maintenance and repairs, resolve technical issues, train occupants on the use of audio-visual equipment, and ensure that spaces are prepared for use on a daily basis for both internal and external groups. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with diverse student populations, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment, manage competing priorities, and provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the public.
