This role will be responsible for providing support to Field Regional, Supply Chain, and CSC HR Directors and Generalists on Employee Relations, Compliance, Engagement/Experience, and limited Administration processes. The Specialist-HR is a key partner for store leadership and provides expertise, coaching and advice primarily in the areas of employee relations, employee programs and interpretation of policies and procedures. Employee Relations + Collect data and present the Regional/area trends across employee relations cases to assess organizational needs and assist Regional HR leadership in diagnosing root cause problems that impact overall organizational health. + Data analytics may also include regional support and tracking of employee relations data to include investigations, AAP metrics, and other scorecard focused metrics.
