Sponsorships and Events Manager

A company is looking for a Sponsorships & Events Manager to lead experiential marketing efforts and manage a team executing high-impact sponsorships and events. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead event strategy for various marketing activations and ensure alignment with pipeline goals Manage planning and execution of strategic sponsorships, serving as the primary liaison with partners and vendors Lead and mentor a team of event and sponsorship professionals, fostering a high-performance culture Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 5-8 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or sponsorship activation Experience leading or managing a team required Proven experience managing large-scale sponsorships or branded events strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with event platforms and CRM systems
