Responsibilities • We are looking for individuals who can assist with creating unforgettable guest experiences while striving to provide exceptional customer service. Some areas of assistance include ticket scanning, security screening, assisting with guest questions, responding to incidents inside the bowl and on the concourse, directing guests around the venue, etc. • The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team to provide a positive and enjoyable environment for all guests attending an event. • Maintain order at events while keeping a cool head under pressure.
