We seek dedicated individuals to oversee and officiate sports events. As a Sports Official, you will be responsible for ensuring fair play and enforcing rules during games. Your key responsibilities will include: • Officiating sports games, communicating effectively with players, coaches, and spectators • Resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during games • Ensuring the safety of all participants during sports events In order to succeed in this role, you will need: • A desire to officiate baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games • Strong communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and spectators • The ability to manage conflicts and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
