Responsibilities include securing venues, coordinating with vendors (catering, security, AV), managing event budgets, developing marketing and promotional plans, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for participants and spectators. You will work closely with athletes, teams, sponsors, and local authorities to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and safely. 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong focus on sports events. Excellent organizational, logistical, and problem-solving skills.
