Ensuring all events start and end on time, as scheduled. Ensuring the safety and security of the facility for all participants. Following and enforcing all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Reporting all incidents/accidents on the appropriate form as required and provide to supervisor within 24 hours of event. Under the direction of the Sports Director/Senior Program Director, the Event Staff/Site Supervisor will ensure a quality experience and a positive environment by providing remarkable member experiences for Youth Sports.
