Spring 2026 Event Planning Internship

The Spring 2026 Event Planning Intern will support the planning and execution of events, assist in event setup, liaise with vendors, and contribute to administrative tasks related to event management. Qualifications and Requirements • Must be available to work 10-15 hours per week during Spring 2026 plus event days • Must be available March 2nd - March 11th for Charleston Wine and Food Festival • Reliable transportation for on-site event support • Pursuing a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Event Planning and Event Management skills • Communication skills • Project Management skills • Ability to work well in a group setting • Detail-oriented and organized • Experience with social media and marketing is a plus
