Event Coordinator • Oversee the event from start to finish. • Set up and take down the chairs, scoretable and prep facility when needed... • Welcome opponents, direct them to the locker room/classroom, assure a safe exit from school. • Welcome officials, direct them to the locker room, issue checks and assure a safe exit from school. • Assist/supervise ticket and crowd control personnel. • Monitor weather conditions, ensure the safety of all at the event.
