Sr. Associate Event Planner, Tradeshows

Ensure that the company's brand is accurately and positively represented at all events.
Plan and execute flawless events in line with the company's objectives and goals.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of each event.
Develop and maintain relationships with event vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into event planning strategies.
Communicate event details and updates to internal stakeholders and team members.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, registration, accommodations, and transportation.
Lead event debrief sessions to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
Provide detailed post-event reports and analysis to management.
Continuously strive to improve event planning processes and procedures.
Stay organized and maintain comprehensive event files and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines.
Represent McKesson Corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
