Sr. Corporate Event Planner

Our client, a leading organization in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a Sr. Corporate Event Planner to join their team. As a Sr. Corporate Event Planner, you will be part of the Events Management Department supporting the Corporate Meetings and Executive Events team. Minimum of 10 years of corporate meeting and event management experience, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and production & supplier management. Deep proficiency in Cvent, event build and registration management, attendee tracking, event communications, budgeting, reporting, mobile event technology, and onsite event operations.
