Sr. Event Specialist

Specialist, Experiential Marketing, you will support both the operational and project management functions of the team and serve as a hands-on lead for key events. This role is based in Boston with an in-office presence of 2 days per week, and additional days as needed to support office events. As part of a collaborative team, you will help manage the operational aspects of event contracting, including: • Leading and supporting the development and execution of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for event vendors and venues • Managing the end-to-end review and approval process for more than 50 event contracts • Ensuring all contracts comply with procurement policies, budgetary guidelines, and legal standards • Partnering with legal, finance, and procurement teams to mitigate risk, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize vendor relationships • Maintaining organized documentation and tracking systems to support contract lifecycle management, reporting, and audit readiness Extreme Event Solutions — provides risk modeling solutions to help individuals, businesses, and society become more resilient to extreme events.
