• Facilitates resolution to all issues to reach event goals • Creates and maintains events and experiences project plans including day of coordination • Collaborates and leads projects with others on the marketing team • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality • Represents Paycom in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours Education/Certification: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree • 4+ years of experience in coordinating and/or planning events and brand activations Skills/Abilities: • Must be able to interface at a senior executive level. • Strong project, and time management skills – highly organized, detail focused, results driven, accountable with the ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests.
