We are seeking a Sr. Events Coordinator who will provide expert event planning, communications, and project management skills to support research initiatives within the Vice Provost for Research (VPR) team. As a representative of the Office of the Provost, the ideal candidate must be committed to responsiveness, customer service, excellence, and teamwork while possessing strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Initiate, create, and oversee publication of relevant materials for research initiatives, working with internal and external vendors. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) with ability to learn new software systems, including event management platforms. Preferred Qualifications • Five years of progressively responsible event management experience.
