Sr. Events Manager

The Sr. Events Manager for World Pediatrics St. Louis is a strategic role focused on maximizing the impact and reach of the organization’s fundraising events, particularly the Emerging Leaders Board and Rock ‘n Heal. By working closely with the St. Louis team, the Sr. Events Manager will ensure that events are seamlessly integrated into the organization’s broader fundraising efforts and effectively communicate the impact of our organization’s work. Essential Functions: • Rock n Heal Event & Third-Party Events Execution: • Lead and grow the Rock n Heal and third-party events, with an annual revenue target of $210,000 in the first year. • Support for Key Special Events: • Assist the Vice President of Development in sponsor solicitation, securing auction items, and driving ticket and raffle sales for Golf for the Kids and Treasures in Paradise events. In this role, the Sr. Events Manager combines event management, strategic marketing, and donor engagement to drive WP’s fundraising goals and broaden its mission impact in St. Louis.
