DPOB's programs – including uniformed operations teams of Downtown Baltimore Guides, Clean Sweep Ambassadors, and Park Stewards – make the 106-block downtown district more attractive, vibrant, and hospitable. In this role, you’ll help lead the planning and execution of high-impact events and initiatives that draw both visitors and residents to Downtown Baltimore. • Assist in the development and management of event budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, and vendor negotiation to ensure fiscal responsibility. Other Requirements • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills • An ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking across campaigns & projects • Must thrive working within a fast-paced, innovative environment • Demonstrated ability to move the needle of success, with extensive experience collaborating with other teams.
