The Role The Senior Lead Event Marketing Manager plays a key role within Lumen that will work as part of the Strategic Corporate events team to create internal events and key industry events. What We Look For in a Candidate - Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, business or a related field (preferred) - A minimum of 8?years of Event Planning / Sponsorship experience - Experienced in working directly with senior executives as a strong collaborator and partner - Demonstrated and consistent excellence in leading in-person and virtual events, comfortable to adjust in the moment and go above and beyond - Ability to work independently taking ownership over event execution - Experience working collaboratively on a team and cross functionally with other departments - Understanding of marketing strategy and planning - Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills - Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized - This position can be based anywhere in the United States and will require some domestic and international travel (up to 25% of the time).
