• Coordinate, plan and execute events for the internal department and practice group events held throughout the year at restaurants and venues in NY. • Manage vendor and venue relationships while keeping up to date on new restaurants and activity options • Mentor the junior members of the Events team to enhance and increase their knowledge of best practices and event planning skills. Willingness to share industry and event knowledge and experience with the more junior members of the team. • Communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of the firm, from mentoring junior event staff to advising and engaging with the firm’s partners and our high profile clients. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate seamlessly with junior members of the events team, other internal departments, associates, partners and firm leadership as well as external clients.
