We are currently seeking a Staff Marketing & Events Coordinator 2 who enjoys collaborating with many different stakeholders and is excited to work with the Marketing team to coordinate a companywide events program, including hosted events, sponsorships, exhibit booths, and speaking opportunities. You are an extremely organized self‐starter with exceptional attention to detail and enjoy the variety and pace of juggling several projects at once. In this position, you will: • Coordinates H&A’s events program from beginning to end, working closely with marketing team members and other internal stakeholders including H&A’s market and service leaders and subject matter experts, as well as external constituents, suppliers, and vendors. • Partner with internal stakeholders to research and determine H&A participation in the right events to achieve goals, as well as the right level of involvement.
