Position Overview The DV Visit Coordination, Conference and Event Planner will provide on-site support to accomplish and execute Distinguished Visitor (DV) tours and visit assistance, corporate tour coordination, and event planning for the Aerospace Systems Directorate. Regular coordination with the enterprise level lead tour POC will be required to keep leadership fully informed of all upcoming tour plans and dignitary visits. Coordinate logistics with executive assistants and protocol (calendar scheduling for FOG members, parking requests, food orders, etc.). Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
