Strategic Corporate Events Planner

Beacon Hill in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced event planner to lead end-to-end meetings and events, from concept through execution, with responsibility for budgeting, risk mitigation, and outcomes aligned to CG’s priorities and culture.

The role requires coordinating AV, venues, attendee management, travel, staffing and vendors while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Local travel up to 25% and flexible hours are expected.
