Job Overview: As a Service Planning Agent, you will be responsible for conducting complex investigations and providing high-level protection for national leaders. You will work closely with other agents to plan and implement security designs for various events. Key Responsibilities: • Conducting financial obligations investigations • Planning and implementing security designs for National Special Security Events • Carrying and using a firearm (firearm proficiency is mandatory) • Obtaining a Top Secret Clearance and retaining it during your career • Passing rigorous training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD • Signing a mobility agreement stating your willingness to accept assignments anywhere within the United States and overseas • Certifying registration with the Selective Service System or being exempt from it
