The Event Programming Manager will be responsible for developing and communicating a comprehensive event strategy to support the goals of each event sponsor. • Program tasks may include: creating a program that meets sponsor goals, inviting speakers to participate in events, creating timed event agendas, working with speech writers, providing content for marketing materials, managing speaker preparation process, assisting with the coordination of talking points for participating leaders and volunteers, leading event rehearsals with speakers. • Superior proofreading ability and written/oral communications skills. Additional Requirements: • A bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years of applicable experience. • Demonstrated event program management or speaker preparation/coordination experience is desired.
