Responsibilities • Represent the organization at local events, festivals, and community gatherings with enthusiasm and professionalism • Distribute promotional materials and product samples to generate interest and brand awareness • Conduct engaging product demos to educate potential customers about our offerings • Collect data from event attendees to support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts • Manage social media platforms by sharing live updates, photos, and videos to boost online visibility • Interact with the public to answer questions, provide information, and promote upcoming events or initiatives • Support branding efforts by setting up banners, signage, and displays that attract attention and reinforce our message Skills • Previous experience in customer service environments is a plus for engaging with diverse audiences • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public and facilitate conversations • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader community base(not mandatory) • Experience in social media management or content creation to enhance event promotion online • Knowledge of sales techniques and event marketing strategies to maximize outreach effectiveness • Ability to do community engagement and marketing without direct supervision • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive interactions and brand loyalty & experience with canvassing or door-knocking
