Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting team members across all departments, including track operations, cashiering, and food and beverage.Pay is flexible based on experience, and all employees participate in a company-wide tip-sharing program.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across all departments, including cashier, track, and food and beverage areasLead, motivate, and support team members to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operationsTrain, coach, and provide feedback to staff to maintain high performance standardsServe as the acting leader on duty and make operational decisions when necessaryGreet and assist customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional mannerMonitor and enforce safety procedures, track rules, and company policies to maintain a fun and safe environmentCoordinate race scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiencySupervise and support cashiers in promoting and selling race packages, memberships, and food and beverage itemsOversee food and beverage operations, including food preparation, alcohol service, and maintaining cleanliness in the Paddock Lounge and banquet areasEnsure karts and track areas are prepared for races and monitor live races to enforce safety rulesMonitor and maintain the arcade area to ensure games are operating properly and guests have a positive experienceRespond quickly and effectively to emergency situations and safety concernsPerform and oversee opening, closing, cleaning, and facility maintenance dutiesEnsure inventory, supplies, and equipment are properly stocked and organizedAssist in maintaining labor efficiency and meeting operational goalsAssist with other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Must be at least 21 years of age or within three months of turning 21 and have reliable transportationPrevious supervisor, leadership, or management experience is preferredStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both staff and customers, including speaking in front of large groupsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyMust be able to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle guest and employee concernsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be willing and able to drive karts daily and enforce all safety proceduresMust be willing to work in all operational departments as neededFood Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain onePhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, stoop, and reach frequentlyMust be able to remain active and engaged in a high-energy environmentThis is a part-time or full-time position with opportunities for advancement.
