Supervisor, Retail Events

The Supervisor, Retail Events will assist with the planning, managing, and executing assigned events meeting financial and customer service goals. This role will also work closely with the Manager, Retail Events on planning, process documentation, game plan creation, training, post event analysis, and daily decisions that affect sales, operational efficiency, and customer service levels. The Supervisor, Retail Events, is a key position in the growth and planning of the retail events department as we continue to expand. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience • Minimum of 1 year event operations leadership and large venue management • Strong operations knowledge, planning, staffing, forecasting, analysis, and inventory management experience. • Strong written and oral communication skills.
