Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of product purchasing/ordering, receiving, and distribution control for the venue. • Maintain established procedures for tracking purchase orders, requisitions, receiving dockets, and perpetual inventory, reporting any deviations. • Initiate and authorize product orders and cancellations independently. • Ensure proper distribution of product and equipment while adhering to high standards of sanitation.
