Talent Experience and Event Coordinator

With a strong emphasis on engagement, branding, and seamless execution, the coordinator will lead efforts related to candidate experience, onboarding, careers marketing, and corporate events. Associate Experience & Onboarding • Manage the candidate hosting and interview process to ensure a professional, welcoming experience. • Maintain and build relationships with college career centers and external event partners. • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to manage all aspects of event logistics. • Collaborate with Talent and business leaders to gather feedback and enhance program offerings.
