Bundschu Co is looking for a dynamic and passionate hospitality and sales mentor, also known as our BCo Tasting Room & Event Manager, to lead our tasting room and event team. Sales & Revenue Generation • Drive revenue growth through innovative customer experiences and by achieving sales and club membership goals. • Collaborate with the Estate to provide support and cross sales between Gundlach Bundschu and Abbot’s Passage Tasting Rooms. • The authority to create and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience in the tasting room, ensuring that all interactions align with the winery’s mission and brand standards. • Proven experience (3+ years) in a managerial role within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment, preferably in the wine or food industry.
