Job Summary Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • Must be willing to work in the office in Princeton, New Jersey • Minimum of one year (not including internships) of work experience in the sports industry • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines • Travel is required during Event season (November, December and March) Compensation • Annual Base Salary of $40,000 plus bonuses, profit sharing, and fringe benefits The Sponsorship and Operations Coordinator will work on sponsorship fulfillment, team operations, and venue operations for Gazelle events. • Plan hospitality receptions for sponsors and other key stakeholders • Track all assets and produce in-depth recaps detailing each sponsorship • Act as liaison between Gazelle and participating teams on operations and logistics • Create and update informational team manuals • Implement event operations checklists during the event planning process as well as on site during events
