Team Member - Coffee and Event Services

You will support events from prep to execution and breakdown, craft and serve quality coffee beverages, and help keep our headquarters organized and stocked — all while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and teamwork. Assist with event prep and staging at our headquarters Transport coffee and supplies to event venues Set up service areas and presentation displays Serve guests with a positive, friendly attitude Clean up after events and return equipment to our offices Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond in service delivery Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other menu beverages to company quality standards Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary barista station during and after service Monitor beverage supplies (coffee, milk, syrups, cups, etc.) Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, product, and event supplies Pull, prepare, and stage equipment and supplies ahead of upcoming events Help maintain accurate inventory counts and flag shortages or reorder needs Load and unload vehicles for event transport Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with basic equipment upkeep and troubleshooting Ability to stand for extended periods during service, barista, or warehouse shifts Ability to bend, kneel, and reach to organize inventory, equipment, and supplies
