The Technology & Innovation (T&I) Program and Portfolio Manager at Americhem plays a critical role in steering the company’s innovation efforts on a global scale. This full-time position is focused on enhancing visibility, fostering alignment, and driving execution across the entire T&I project portfolio. By managing project prioritization, resource allocation, and pipeline planning, the manager ensures that innovation initiatives are well-supported and strategically synchronized across various segments and geographic regions. Communication is another cornerstone of this role, requiring the manager to act as a liaison that ensures portfolio decisions are effectively communicated and implemented across diverse teams.
