The Theater Events Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the planning and detail processes in the performance department at CPCC. • Assist in the global scheduling of appropriate staff and personnel for events within Performance Facilities. • Weekly, ensures the correct staff is scheduled and receives advance information including specific call times and job assignments. • During Performance Facilities internal and external events, works directly with the clients and partners to ensure the event meets the expectations of the client, patrons and the college. • Partners with facilities, custodial, security, technical and front of house staff during events.
