Key Responsibilities : Work with Townbell team and clients to map out post concepts Draft content for posts Create engaging, branded content using Canva Plan and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Monitor and engage with online community comments and messages Stay up to date on social media trends, hashtags, and best practices Report on performance and suggest ways to improve engagement Collaborate with a small, passionate team Estimated Hours : 5-10 hours / week Qualifications : 1+ year of social media experience (professional or freelance) Strong written and visual communication skills Expertise with Canva and Meta Business Suite Self-starter with good time management Eye for design and a knack for storytelling Ability to work independently and manage time well Why Join Us?
