The Trade Show Event Coordinator at PRO will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that connect our members, vendors, and the broader imaging industry. This includes two annual B2B conventions with dealer-focused education and a 40+ vendor trade show, 3–4 major national consumer-facing trade shows such as Imaging USA, and 6–10 regional events throughout the year. • Manage relationships with 40+ trade show vendor partners to coordinate booth space, sponsorships, and marketing exposure. • 3–5 years of professional experience in event planning, preferably in trade shows, conventions, or B2B/consumer-facing industries. • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management in a trade show context.
