Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, the Trade Show and Events Planner is responsible for - trade show and event project management - development and successful execution of national and regional conferences and tradeshows - product launch events and specialized customer events as well as internal meetings and or events held for employees. Such responsibilities include sourcing venues, negotiating contracts and oversee registration sites as well as day to day project management of events and coordination with internal and external teams. Coordinate with IT for technical support at shows/conferences/events Coordinate with AP to manage invoice tracking and payment Coordinate with other members of the Marketing Department for promotional/collateral materials for trade shows, events, and customer notifications/communications. Manage registration site builds for events and trainings Management of all tradeshow & event logistics.
