Training & Events Coordinator (Operations) – Administrative Focus

MST Services is on a mission to transform the lives of at‑risk youth and their families. In this role you’ll keep the engine of our training operations humming—managing calendars, documents, rosters, inventory, shipments, vendor communication, and participant support—so trainers can focus on teaching and trainees have a smooth experience. Candidates must live in the Metro Atlanta area and be able to travel locally to training sites (up to ~2 days/week during business hours). • Systems & Tools: Create/manage events in a registration platform (Cvent or similar); support user access and content in the Learning Management System (LMS); maintain files in SharePoint. for materials/equipment.
